These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Savant mobile application and website ("Service"), owned and operated by The Company (hereinafter referred to as "The Company"), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered address at Wisteria Grange Barn, Pikes End, Pinner, London, HA5 2EX. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
"The Company" refers to its trading name, Savant.
"Order" refers to a request by the customer to purchase products from The Company through the Service.
"The Customer" refers to the individual or entity placing an Order through the Service.
Registration and Account
To use the Service, The Customer may be required to register for an account. By creating an account, The Customer agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information about themselves. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, as well as for all activities that occur under their account.
Orders and Payment
All Orders placed through the Service are subject to acceptance by The Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse any Order for any reason. The prices for products listed on the Service are subject to change without notice. Payments for Orders will be processed through the Shopify platform. The Company is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the Shopify platform.
The Company currently only delivers to addresses within England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Delivery times listed on the Service are estimates and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond The Company's control. The risk of damage to, or loss of, any goods will pass to The Customer when the goods are delivered to The Customer.
Cancellations and Refunds
Once items have been dispatched, Orders cannot be canceled. If The Customer wishes to cancel an Order, they must notify The Company as soon as possible. If an item arrives damaged or not consumable, The Company will offer a refund or a redelivery of the same item at no cost to The Customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of any agreement with The Company's customer service team and the goods have been returned and checked (if applicable).
Returns are at the cost of The Customer. If an item has been opened and cannot be returned in its original packaging, it cannot be returned. Any refund or compensation will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis by The Company.
If The Customer misses a delivery and the Order is no longer consumable, The Company is not liable for a refund. However, The Company may choose to make exceptions in certain cases.
Product Descriptions and Images
The Company is not liable for any minor differences in weight or image of the products received. Product descriptions and images on the Service are for illustrative purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product.
By using the Service, The Customer represents that they are of legal age to purchase alcohol, if applicable. It is The Customer's responsibility to ensure that they meet the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol.
Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from The Customer's use of the Service, including but not limited to, those resulting from consumption of items that are past their sell-by date or not stored at the correct temperature. In no event shall The Company's liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount paid by The Customer for the relevant product(s).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The Customer's continued use of the Service following any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is The Customer's responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed about any modifications.
